This dataset represents state owned waters of the Kristin Jacobs Coral Reef Ecosystem Conservation Area (ECA) boundary. The ECA extends from the Mean High Water Line (western boundary) to state water limits (three nautical miles \u2013 eastern boundary), and from the St. Lucie Inlet in Martin County (northern boundary) to the northern border of Biscayne National Park in Miami-Dade County (southern boundary).
