Cluster 1 <\/SPAN>consists of cells with low coin totals and was not dominated by any particular Justifications or Map Data. <\/SPAN><\/P>

Cluster 2 has moderately high coin totals for \u201cCultural/historical resources\u201d and \u201cScientific research\u201d as Justifications, and \u201cBathymetry/Digital Elevation Model\u201d and \u201cLake-bed surface type\u201d as desired Map Products. <\/SPAN><\/P>

<\/P>

Cluster 3 has the broadest suite of Justifications including \u201cHabitat\u201d, \u201cScientific research\u201d, and \u201cCultural/historical resources\u201d, as well small contributions from other Justifications. These cells also typically have high coin totals for \u201cBathymetry/Digital Elevation Model\u201d and \u201cLake-bed surface type\u201d, and is different than all the other clusters as the only group with high coin totals in the \u201cGround-truth data\u201d category. <\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P>

<\/SPAN><\/P>

Cluster 4 is comprised of 10 cells with very high coin totals in the \u201cScientific research\u201d category with \u201cMonitoring\u201d being another important rationale. Map Data requested together in this cluster ae \u201cBathymetry/Digital Elevation Model\u201d and \u201cSub-bottom geology\u201d which was not emphasized strongly in any other groups and appears to be
