To understand priorities across the entire US Caribbean as a whole, we standardized the number of coins in each cell. Because the inshore and offshore were different sizes, and consequently, each had different numbers of grid cells and available coins, standardizing the coin values allowed us to account for those differences. To do this, the number of coins within a grid cell were divided by the total coins within the subregion to calculate a relative percent. This process was repeated for coins under each justification and product within the subregion. Coins allocated within groups of participants were standardized the same way.

[ "Data", "Service", "Map Service", "ArcGIS Server"
[ [ -68.2719615930836, 17.2504630187167 ], [ -64.1397112861338, 18.9580703529279 ]
E308
}
