Service Description: Gag grouper (juvenile,adult), gray triggerfish (larval, juvenile, adult), lane snapper (juvenile,adult), red grouper (juvenile,adult), red snapper (larval, juvenile, adult), vermilion snapper (larval, juvenile, adult), and yellowedge grouper (juvenile, adult) are routinely taken during Southeast Area Monitoring and Assessment Program (SEAMAP) and National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) fishery-independent bottom longline (2001-2018), plankton (1986-2016), reef fish (1995-2017), and trawl (1987-2018) surveys throughout the U.S. Gulf of Mexico. This map presents the occurrence results from these surveys of these species.
