Description: The air photos were taken with Kodak Aerocolor 2444 film at a scale of 1:24,000 on July 6, August 6 and September 2, 2005. The photos could not be taken in a single day due to cloud cover issues within the study area. The photos were scanned to 1 m and rectified to USGS black and white orthophoto quadrangles acquired Sept 9, 1996, that was the most spatially accurate image base available at that time. The photos were acquired specifically for the purpose of mapping seagrass, within one hour on either side of low tide.
