Description: This maps shows probabilities of neashore groundfish abundance hotspots. Probabilities are predicted from associative models linking at-sea trawl observations with a suite of environmental covariates. Hotspots identify areas with predictions in the top 10% of observed at-sea values. The nearshore species assemblage includes only Sand Sole, English Sole, Pacific Sanddab, Speckled Sanddab, Petrale Sole, Starry Flounder, and Butter Sole.
