Layer: St. Thomas/St. John Minimum Predicted Acropora cervicornis Presence (ID: 319)

Parent Layer: ESA Listed Corals

Name: St. Thomas/St. John Minimum Predicted Acropora cervicornis Presence

Display Field: Value

Type: Raster Layer

Geometry Type: null

Description: This raster dataset visualizes the output of MaxENT (Maximum Entropy Modeling) models used to predict the presence of suitable Acropora cervicornis habitat based on observations from field operations and associated environmental covariates such as depth, slope of slope, and rugosity. The minimum prediction based on a set of 10 model runs was used so that places that were predicted to have the highest likelihood of containing suitable habitat were mapped.
