Parent Layer: Study #7

Name: Study #7: Madrepora Habitat Suitability

Display Field: Value

Type: Raster Layer

Geometry Type: null

Description: This item is part of the predictive habitat modeling component of the MDBC seafloor mapping, ground-truthing, and predictive habitat modeling inventory. It is a raster representing predictions from predictive habitat modeling. The layer specifically displays predictions from the modeling study associated with the unique dataset identifier PHM000007 (Kinlan et al. 2013). A maximum entropy modeling framework was applied to presence-background data to predict habitat suitability at a spatial resolution of 371 m.
