Service Description: This map shows the probabiilty of encounter distribution in the Northern Gulf of Mexico for seven species at various life stages, derived from geostatistical Generalized Linear Mixed Models (GLMM) using fisheries data from all avaialble sources, inclluding State and Federal fisheries-independent, -dependent and recreational datasets, compiled in a single database. This project was funded by a grant from the Florida RESTORE Act Center of Excellence.
